Hematoid Quartz draws chaotic and stray energies down to the Root Chakra, transforming negative energies into clear tranquility. This is a perfect companion for meditation, concentration, and focus. This healing stone can inspire creativity, boosting focus and confidence.

Smokey Quartz is an excellent grounding stone. It gently neutralizes negative vibrations. It is said that it helps to eliminate fear and negativity. It brings emotional calmness, relieving stress and anxiety while promoting positive thoughts and action.

Black Tourmaline is the epitome of a protection stone. It aids in purifying and cleansing other crystal energies. It protects from Negative Energies, and helps with anxiety. It is a powerful grounding stone (for me I feel it’s the most powerful for grounding.)

Black Star Sunstone creates a protective space that allows you to release whatever isn’t serving you and then fills that space with a nurturing energy that facilitates self healing.

Lodalite (aka Garden Quartz) is a Shamanic Dream Crystal. It is used for enhancing daydreaming practices & Shamanic divining. Shamans have also been known to use them for vision quests & to bring about healings for others.
Its energy is very gentle and soft. It’s like a portal into another dimension. This makes it an excellent aid in meditation and astral travel. Its powerful but soothing energies can instantly put you in a deep meditative state.
Because it is a stone of journey, it can help guide you to heal and release past issues/traumas that are holding you back, so that you can progress forward on your own path unhindered by blockages. It is helpful with clearing past life or early childhood traumas that are causing you to hold fear and stress in current-day situations.
