Black Tourmaline is the epitome of a protection stone! It aids in purifying and cleansing other crystal energies. It protects from Negative Energies, and helps with anxiety. It is a powerful grounding stone (for me I feel it’s the most powerful for grounding.)

Smokey Quartz is also an excellent grounding stone. It gently neutralizes negative vibrations. It is said that it helps to eliminate fear and negativity. It brings emotional calmness, relieving stress and anxiety while promoting positive thoughts and action.
